I cannot believe that they are back - but yet, here they are! The food got even BETTER. Less salty (as previous reviewer had pointed out), expanded menu, and good portions. Most importantly, price has not changed significantly from before. The restaurant interior is clean and quite spacious. They have air conditioning which is a good addition because you will sweat eating these noodles out of the cauldron. Service is friendly and prompt as per usual. Please stay longer this time!

Such a cute little spot here! The service is so amazing, and the food is spot on. The soup options are delicious, and caters to my vegetarian friend too :). I've been here a few times with them, and have an amazing experience everytime--it's my go-to with that friend now. Also, if you're a fan of sweet tea, you have to try the canned cold tea they have!! (I forgot what it's called but it's so good )

Exciting News: They're Back! I was thrilled to know that this beloved restaurant has reopened at a new location! When they closed their previous establishment, it felt like a significant loss. This place, along with another cherished small Chinese eatery, are the only two I always turn to whenever I crave Chinese food. Here, you’ll find nothing but excellent, simple traditional dishes. I particularly appreciate that their food is less salty compared to the usual Chinese cuisine( in China), which is a welcome change. During our visit, we ordered our usual six dishes, plus one new item from their updated menu. Everything maintained the standard we remembered, and the prices have remained the same. This means you’re getting larger portions at a more affordable rate compared to other Chinese restaurants in town. The service was friendly, and they even offered complimentary drinks with our meal. They are currently offering a pre-opening discount, so we left a bit more tip to support the hardworking team. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant to explore delicious Asian cuisine and support local businesses. We’re delighted to have them back in the community!

Ordered the beef brisket potato noodles and the broth was quite flavourful. It was very hot in temperature and stayed hot for a long time. I'll be trying their other dishes next time

Potato Noodles 兄弟砂锅 is a restaurant on Wharncliffe Rd and Kensington Ave. It’s on the other side of the intersection from Under The Volcano. Although on the small side, the inside was neat and tidy. I loved how the tables had linen tablecloths. I started with cold sweet soy milk. I would have liked it sweeter. It tasted like regular soy milk. It was a 6.8/10. The cost was $1.50. Then, my Chinese Hamburger came. This was one of their Snack Series. It was good. I saw and tasted diced green bell peppers and shredded beef. The ingredients were filled into a bun that was shaped like a clam. This bun was sort of like a soft taco. It was an improvement from the soy milk, so I’ll give it a 7.4/10. The menu listed this item at $5.99. Unsurprisingly, the best item was the entree. It was the Sliced Lamb Potato Noodle In Soup. My server provided chop sticks, an Asian spoon/ladle, and a fork. This soup is available in 6 flavours (No Spicy, Spicy, Hot Spicy, Tomato, Pickled Chinese Cabbage, and Mushroom Soup). I chose mushroom. It was a great choice because the best part was the mushroom broth. Other than that, the pieces of lamb were tasty; and the noodles were chewy and easy to eat. Some other ingredients were kelp strips, scallions, and bok choy. This dish was an 8.5/10. Without the kelp, this dish would have been in the high 8’s. This dish was priced at $15.99. On the way out, I told my server that the soup was enjoyed. I look forward to exploring more of their menu!
